West Bengal BJP leaders are desperate for being projected as Chief Ministerial candidate and Shubhendu Adhikari is even getting desperate with elections coming closure by the day. He sent his supports in Parliament to speak to leadership in this regard but Union Home Minister Amit Shah made them clear that any call in this regard would be taken only after elections when the BJP emerges single-largest party. The concern of the BJP is that any person declared as the CM candidate may become an election issue for some or the other reason including corruption. So, any call after elections was the message those tried to equate the CM candidature with UP CM Yogi Adityanath.
