Privacy notice
How Press Bureau handles the information you share with us.
Information we collect
This site does not ask you to create an account. We do collect:
- Server logs — IP address, user agent and requested URL, used for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults.
- Article view counts — an aggregated counter per article.
- Contact form submissions — the name, email address, subject and message you choose to send us.
- Cookies — a single session cookie required for administrators to sign in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
How we use it
Logs are used to protect the site and diagnose errors. Contact submissions are used only to answer the enquiry you sent. Article counters are aggregated and not linked to an individual.
What we do not do
We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or build behavioural profiles. Third-party analytics, if enabled, are governed by that provider's own policy.
Retention and your rights
Contact messages are retained only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask for deletion, use the contact form and select “General enquiry”.
