2012-Batch IAS Officer Presently Holds Charge as Additional Secretary to Chief Minister and MD of MP Agro



Bhopal: In an important bureaucratic development, the Madhya Pradesh government has given senior IAS officer Arvind Kumar Dubey the additional responsibility of Director, Public Relations (DPR), Bhopal. Mr Dubey is presently working as Additional Secretary to Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav and Managing Director of the Madhya Pradesh State Agro Industries Development Corporation.



A 2012-batch officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre, Mr Dubey has earned a solid reputation through his wide administrative exposure and leadership across major government departments.

Additional Duty in the Public Relations Department

The state administration assigned Dubey the additional charge of Director, Public Relations on May 7, 2026. Under this role, he will supervise the state’s official communication and media coordination from Bhopal, the administrative headquarters of Madhya Pradesh.

IAS Dubey was born on February 6, 1969. He belongs to Madhya Pradesh and possesses a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Chemistry.

He joined the Indian Administrative Service through promotion from the State Civil Service and is part of the 2012 batch of the Madhya Pradesh cadre.
