Tenure of Ritu Pande as CVO of NBCC extended for two years

New Delhi: The deputation tenure of Ritu Pande (ITS:1997), serving as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited (NBCC), has been extended for an additional period of two years.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (August 6, 2026), the competent authority has approved the proposal to extend her deputation tenure for another period of two years beyond December 11, 2026, i.e. up to December 11, 2028, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Ritu Pande was appointed as CVO of NBCC on December 11, 2023, for an initial tenure of three years, which was due to conclude on December 11, 2026.

With the latest extension, she will remain CVO of NBCC till December 11, 2028, taking her overall tenure in the post to five years.
