The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has empanelled a total 64 Indian Revenue Service officers of 1993 batch for promotion to the grade of Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (CCIT) except Anurag Goyal in the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax), in Level 16 in the Pay Matrix, for the panel years 2025 (Review) and 2026 (Regular Panel).
